Taco Salad

A fresh, crunchy salad with crushed tortilla chips, beans, cheese, and salsa for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1 cup black beans or kidney beans
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup salsa or ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss together the lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and beans.
  2. Crush the tortilla chips and sprinkle them on top of the salad.
  3. Add shredded cheese and any optional ingredients.
  4. Drizzle with salsa or ranch dressing and top with sour cream.
