Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Manchas are crafted in small batches to ensure you get that peak, just-made crunch.

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 5 business days for our team to prep your order.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays, new flavor launches, or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer. Your confirmation email will always have the most up-to-date timing.

2. Where We Ship

Currently, we ship to all U.S. addresses.

  • Global Expansion: Shipping to Canada and the EU is in the works—stay tuned for updates!

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Ground Shipping: On all orders over $99 within the contiguous U.S.

  • Standard Orders: For orders under $99, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your package.

4. Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our facility, standard ground shipping typically takes 2–5 business days.

Note: We are based in the Northeast. If you’re nearby, your Manchas might arrive sooner; West Coast orders may take the full window to arrive.

5. Shipping Delays

We work with the best carriers, but sometimes delays happen (weather, carrier volume, etc.). If your order arrives later than the promised delivery window, reach out to info@casamanchas.com to request a refund of your shipping costs.

6. Packaging & "The Puffy Bag"

If your bags arrive looking "puffy," don't worry—that’s intentional! We fill our bags with nitrogen to create a cushion that prevents breakage and locks in freshness. Every order is sealed and packed with care to ensure your chips arrive as intended.

7. Tracking Your Order

The moment your Manchas hit the road, we’ll send a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also monitor your status anytime via your My Account page.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@casamanchas.com. Our team will jump in to investigate and assist with a solution.

9. Changes & Cancellations

  • Immediate Orders: Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you catch a mistake early, email us immediately and we may be able to intercept it.

  • Subscriptions: Cancellations apply to future shipments and must be made at least three (3) days before your next renewal.

  • Note: Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been confirmed or processed.
