1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of receipt. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@manchaschips.com for instructions.
2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, send an email to info@manchaschips.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide a return label.
3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned items in their original, unopened condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
