We want you to love your Manchas Chips, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our Returns & Refunds policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of receipt. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@m anchaschips.com for instructions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, send an email to info@m anchaschips.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide a return label.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned items in their original, unopened condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
