The Manchas Guarantee
At Manchas, we’re obsessed with quality. Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or offer standard refunds. However, if we missed the mark, we want to make it right. We review every concern with fairness and a commitment to keeping your pantry stocked with the best.
1. The 7-Day Window
To be eligible for a review, you must reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for a replacement.
To help us move fast, please include:

Your Order Number.

Clear photos of the issue (product, packaging, and shipping label).

The Lot Code (found on the back-left of your Manchas bag).

A brief description of what’s wrong.
Note: Please do not discard the product or packaging until your claim is resolved, as doing so may make your order ineligible for a replacement.
2. Replacements
If there is a legitimate quality issue with your chips, we will happily issue a one-time replacement of the affected items to ensure you get the experience you paid for.
Why No Standard Refunds?
Since we can’t resell food once it leaves our sight, we generally do not offer refunds. We ask that you double-check your cart and ingredients before checking out. Customer mistakes (ordering the wrong flavor, etc.) are generally not eligible for refunds or replacements.
3. Specific Exceptions
We consider refunds or replacements only under these specific conditions:

Defective or Damaged Goods: If your bags arrive popped or the product is compromised, we’ll replace it. Photo evidence of the damage and the Lot Code is required.

Incorrect Delivery: If we sent you the wrong flavor or item, we’ll swap it out for the correct one.

Medical Emergencies: In the event of a documented medical emergency that prevents use of the product, we will consider a refund upon receipt of valid medical documentation.

Regulatory Requirements: Manchas complies with all mandatory consumer protection laws and will issue refunds where legally required.
4. How to Start a Claim

In some cases, we may provide a return shipping label so our quality team can inspect the product. This helps us prevent the "mancha" (stain) of a mistake from happening twice!
5. Non-Refundable Items

Digital Products: All sales are final.

Custom Orders: Personalized items cannot be returned.

Non-Food Items (Merch): We do not offer refunds on gear. We only accept exchanges if the wrong item was sent. Items must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn, and free of stains, scents, or makeup).
